We strive to display product colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
Custom-made and tailored products may have minor design variations.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
We accept payments via UPI, Netbanking, Debit/Credit Cards, and other online payment methods.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
In case of payment failure, the amount will be refunded as per bank/payment gateway policies.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
If cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary based on location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom-tailored and bridal products are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and designs on this website are the property of KGR Family Collections and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
KGR Family Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
