Refund Policy
Returns & Refund Eligibility
At KGR Family Collection, returns are accepted only if the product is received in damaged condition.
Requests for return or exchange due to color variation, personal preference, or any other non-damage-related reasons will not be accepted.
Return Request
Customers must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting us via email or phone with clear images or videos of the issue.
Refund Process
Once the request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Non-Refundable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect handling by the customer are not eligible for refunds. Customized or handmade items may also be non-returnable unless damaged during transit.
